Client Optimal LLC
Privacy Policy
Short, because this website collects almost nothing.
Effective July 18, 2026
The short version
This website has no contact forms, no analytics, no cookies, and no tracking of any kind. It is a set of static pages. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell or rent information about you, and there is no advertising network involved in any part of it.
What this website collects
Nothing that we choose to collect. We set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts.
One honest caveat: like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider, and that provider automatically records standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. That is a normal function of serving a web page and of keeping the service running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
If you contact us
Contact happens through LinkedIn or email. If you message us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and to discuss potential work. Nothing more.
Those conversations sit on LinkedIn's and your email provider's systems, and their privacy policies apply to them, not ours.
The Client Optimal LinkedIn application
Client Optimal operates a private LinkedIn application used to publish posts to its own founder's LinkedIn account. It signs in through LinkedIn OAuth, which gives it that account's own profile identifier and permission to post as that account. It uses them for nothing else.
The application does not read, collect, or store data about any other LinkedIn member. It does not access your profile, your connections, your feed, or your activity. It does not scrape LinkedIn, and it takes no automated action on anyone else's posts. It is private to Client Optimal and is not offered to anyone else.
Running it involves a small number of service providers: the access token and the queued posts are held in the automation platform that runs the workflow, the drafts are generated by an AI provider, and approvals are sent through a messaging service. They process that information only to operate the workflow, on our instructions. None of it is sold, rented, or used for advertising, and none of it concerns visitors to this website.
Separately, we sometimes write a reply to someone's public post by hand. Where we use our own tools to help draft one, the post is something we supplied manually, it is used only to prepare that reply, and we do not build or keep a profile of the person who wrote it. The reply is always reviewed and posted by a person.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing purposes.
For this website, the only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that host it and route its domain, and they only ever see the standard technical request information described above. The separate set of providers used to run our LinkedIn posting workflow is described in the section above, and none of them receive anything about visitors to this site.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation or the working relationship, and delete it when it is not. Hosting logs are retained by the hosting provider under their own retention schedule.
Your choices
Since we collect nothing on the website itself, there is no account to close, no profile to correct, and no mailing list to leave. If you have emailed or messaged us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Children
This website is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this website changes in a way that affects privacy, for example by adding a contact form or analytics, this page will be updated at the same time and the effective date above will change.
